Founder and CEO
Devin Choules
Devin Choules is the founder and President of Choules Financial, established in 2014. Prior to forming the Choules Financial name, Devin had worked independently in the annuity and insurance industry since 2009. He is a licensed insurance and annuity agent in the states of Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. In addition, Devin holds a Series 65 securities license. His firm’s work focuses on providing retirees with options to protect their hard-earned savings and make the most of their retirement. In addition, the company serves the community through donations to the Cache Food Pantry, the MS Society, and by sponsoring many charitable organizations as well as lunch programs for local schools.

Vice President of Operations
Ashley HarBour

Ashley oversees all operations of the Choules Financial business. She assists the team to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. She also helps new and existing clients through the account application and onboarding process.

Director of Acquisitions and Sales
Abby Norcross

Abby directs all new business through the transfer and funding process. She verifies the new account details and ensures accounts are funded and issued correctly. To get an update on your new account status or with any questions regarding your pending account, contact Abby.
Director of Client Servicing
LACI WUTHRICH

Laci manages all existing client accounts and in-service requests such as RMD’s, withdrawals, account adds, and any account changes. She also assists Ashley with new account applications. For questions regarding your existing account or to get updates on your new account status, contact Laci.
Director of Marketing and Events
Austin mayer

Austin manages all life insurance new and existing account business. He also oversees all seminars and client events. For any life insurance inquiries such as quoting, current life insurance account status, or premium payments, contact Austin.
Administrative Assistant
ANNABELLE SOLORIO

Annabelle oversees all office correspondence and scheduling. She assists Laci with client servicing such as beneficiary and address changes. She also assists Abby with new account wrap up details. Contact her to schedule an appointment or make changes to an existing account.
